April 13-16, 2008 marked the 100th Anniversary of the Building & Construction Trades Department. The Legislative Conference was held in Washington, DC where Congressmen and women, Senators, Presidential Candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, and other special guest speakers addressed an audience of representatives from all 13 Labor Unions.
